Coming from New Jersey and having some of the best pizza in the world, I have to say this place is definitely one of the better places out here! The cheese is really great and the crust is good, but I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce. Overall though, it's definitely worth it.

I used to eat here a lot when the original owners were there. The menu is large the food is sub par and the prices are a little high. I really liked how you could buy per slice of the pizza. They still sell it this way during the lunch hours. The restaurant is clean but why for the love of God must they play Fox News non-stop? That was a mood killer all in its own. You have options.

Pretty good pepperoni slice. Don't bother with the Chicago. If you've ever had Chicago Deep Dish you WILL be disappointed. If you have never had Chicago Deep Dish, this isn't it. Fair prices, good joint overall. The guy who runs the place is doing a great job.

Driving through Cour De Lane on the way to Spokane we were trying to find some good pizza to pick up for dinner that we could get on the way. Thankfully for YELP, we found Valentino's pizza. They are able to make not only gluten free pizza but also dairy free pizza. There options are endless! We ordered and didn't have to wait too long until the pizza was ready. It was fresh you could tell and we had none leftover because we finished it all, that's how good it was. The cheese was amazing, we did not opt for fake cheese. The real thing was too amazing and next time we will go with that again. My new favorite spot for gluten free pizza in the area!

love this place! the food is great and the service is even better. Bob, the owner, has a great smile and a kind demeanor for everyone that comes in. Personally I would recommend the Mediterranean delight. My husband would ask for the bacon eater cheeseburger!!

Really pricy, not that great of service. Pizza wasn't even that great. Nice clean place, wouldn't say it's true Chicago style pizza though.

I love this place! I am vegan and my son has a dairy allergy and they have the best dairy free pizzas! I used them for my son's birthday party and I was able to get Daiya vegan cheese for him and regular cheese for his friends. I ordered a lot of pizza and they had it made, hot and ready to go when I got there. Everyone at the party kept commenting on how good the pizza was and how fresh it tasted. The owner even threw in some free breadsticks. I'll definitely be back, such a great place!

If I could give no stars I would. I am sitting in this restaurant as I write. Service sucks. Advertise slices til 4... Came in at 2:45 ordered 2 cheese slices and the girl behind the counter says sorry we don't have any cheese. Is this not a PIZZA place, go ahead and make one. With attitude she obliged. Now let's talk about the pizza. Inedible. So much sauce, undercooked etc I have had better pizza at a bowling alley - better yet frozen pizza is notches above. Save your time and money and skip valentinos .

I've always been pleased with this place. The pizza is probably the best in town. We've also had sandwiches, smoothies and salads from here, and they've all been fantastic. It's a simple, independent joint, and the staff is always great and friendly. I only knocked it a star because of the delivery, which really isn't their fault since they use the "Cd'A Food Delivery" service, and both times I've used them, they've been slow. I've even spoken with the owner (I presume) about this, and he's been beyond apologetic, and I truly believe it wasn't his fault, but that of the third-party service.

This review is coming in late from early last year !! Don't ever buy a restaurant.com coupon and come here!! The $20 savings ended up being $2.75 by the time the owner's "rules" came into play. What a complete joke. Glad I only paid $2 for the coupon! Well we ordered of course PIZZA!! It was really pretty good. You can see the staff make your pizza and throw it in the oven. The beer selections though were limited as well as the service....my goodness, its amazing what we had to ask for!! Uh...lets see how bout a plate?? A napkin maybe?? It was a cold night( of course 80% of all nights in CDA are cold) so maybe that was the issue! How bout wipe down a table since no one was even there!!! Bottomline........I've had better!

my first time ever going here. inside smelled soooooo good!! super friendly staff. basketball on tv. i'm liking this place already. got an extra large bambino (pepperoni, canadian bacon, pineapple, olives and mushrooms on a garlic sauce) with my coupon and a tip (cuz they were so nice!) came to $18, which is kind of spendy for a take and bake pizza. pizza was really good but i was not a fan of the crust. would definitely give it another try, though, and try one of the other type crusts.

THe actualy food was great. Which is obviously why we go to restraunts. However, The service totally sucked. It took the cashier over 5 mintues to ring us up. (All we got was a personal pan pizza meal) and She overcharged us. Terrible at math. As we were eating (inside) I got a good look at how filthy the floors were. They was big dust bunnies around the doors and the other tables were all greasy. We actually were the only ones in there and had to walk around and look for a clean table to sit at...... hhhh...... good pizza. Wish they had a drive through.

The prices seem fair and the selection is quite large. Saying the subs are huge is like saying an aircraft carrier might house a few airplanes. The salads are very generous and the chicken is especially good. But the whole reason to go here is the pizza. The regular pizza is reminiscent of a "New York" style. But they don't limit themselves. They also have a wonderful "Chicago" style deep dish. Both are very filling and worth the wait. Finally, if you somehow have room at the end they have some amazing deserts that are almost too good to pass up. If I had to list any complaint it would be that I personally don't understand being expected to give a tip to a place that doesn't "wait" on you. You order your food at the counter and I even picked some of it up at the same counter. I can't really complain though since I knew what I was getting into by using a "Groupon" coupon.

Really good pizza with fresh ingredients. Val's pizza is different, and it's hard to explain - it's not as heavy as other places, so you feel "lighter" after eating here, if that makes any sense!

This is a GREAT locally owned pizza shop! They have the best pizza around! (Not to mention their excellent customer service...!)Not like those other chains with the frozen dough. They make their own right there! I went in to just get a slice. I picked their house special. It was a big slice and was fresh out of the oven. I loved it so much I came back the next day for my lunch break! Their subs are really great too...

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
